Preparing our products on the Grill yields the best results (in our opinion). With checkered (cross) cuts along the length every half-inch or so creates a blooming effect and adds eye appeal.
But, at the end of the day; you're the Chef! Incorporate our products in a wide variety of dishes such as; chili, pastas, puff pastry rolls, jambalaya or stews, or even as a pizza or ramen topping. Don't limit yourself in the kitchen, explore your potential and stay creative!
No. All our Sausages and Hot Dog items are fully-cooked. All you need to do is re-heat. To do so, choose the most convenient options for you. We recommend the following;
Hot Dogs - Steam or Grill
Sausages - Grill
Burgers - Grill
Most street vendors keep them in a warm/hot water bath (not boiling!) at temperatures of 75-80 degrees Celsius. This ensures their customers are served quickly! The products are reheated to the appropriate temperatures and then quickly seared on the grill for aesthetics.
There are options available. Choices depend on your schedule and/or products. Here are our defrost recommendations;
Overnight in the Refrigerator (up to 24 hours)
Remove items from box (if applicable)
Keep covered in bag or wrapped in plastic
Use for: All Products
Cold Water Bath (20 to 40 minutes)
Can we any container in size suitable for your needs
Preferably in the sink with the cold water running (conserve by making it small stream)
Use for (Sealed in Plastic): Burgers, Steaks, Souvlaki, Shrimp
Use for (Uncovered): Hot Dogs, Sausages
On the Counter (1 to 2 hours)
Either in box or laid out on a tray
Ensure all products, thawed using this method, are cooked and consumed on the same day.

Yes. We do offer a variety of Halal Certified products. However, we do not offer any Kosher meat products at this time.
No. Our foodservice packed products are not listed on our website. To qualify, we'll need to process for application to become a registers Wholesale account. You may inquire on our Foodservice page. Details will be provided once your application is processed via email.
Yes. However, special shipping rates, minimums and schedules apply depending on your area. Please inquire in-store , via email or contact us form.
No. Our website is designed to allow only for orders with delivery option within our Local Delivery Area. However, our store location is still open to the public and items may be purchased in-store at discounted prices. Call or visit us today!
Yes. We'll need to register your company first. Do to so, please inquire online , by email to order@soloways.ca or by calling 416-661-9383. You will be asked to complete an application and submit it along with copies of your Business License or Vendor's Permit and Articles of Incorporation (if applicable).
