SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: http://www.soloways.ca/terms-conditions.  Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
 

In-Store Pickup
Pickup is available for in-store purchases only, on or between;

Mon-Fri: 07:30 to 17:00

Sat: 08:00 to 15:00

 

Local Area Shipping

Please see our Local Area map for the applicable delivery service are.  Minimum order subtotal of $75 is required to qualify a purchase.

Cut-off time for next day delivery orders is 13:00 (1:00PM)


Free Shipping
We offer free next day shipping on orders over $150.

 

Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping option(s) at the following rates:

Method: Local Delivery

Fee: $12.99

Time(s): Mon-Fri: 09:00 to 16:00 and Sat: 09:00 to14:00

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.


All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.


ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Deliveries must be made to a physical address, such as a home, condo, apartment, office or business.
Requests for specific delivery times may not be accepted due to previously arranged logistics or other reasons.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy allows customers who have placed orders on our website to initiate a claim or return request within 24 hours of receiving their order.

 

To be eligible for a return, the delivery must be returned in full for credit. If you need to start a return, please contact us at order@soloways.ca.
